VINEYARD
The plantation began in 1995, as a result of the careful selection of soils, sun exposure and grape varieties. The 185-hectare vineyard in shale-loamy soils, with sun exposure to the south, is divided into plots of gentle slopes. The whole area is watered with a drop-by-drop system, which allows a perfect balance in the maturation of grapes against long, very dry and hot summers.

Harvesting is done at night so that the grapes are harvested in the best conditions, at considerably lower temperatures than in the daytime, where they reach 35-40ºC. The almost mechanical harvesting allows the grapes to be harvested at the optimum point indicated by the maturation control analyzes.
