GRAPES: Fernão Pires and Arinto

VINIFICATION: Destemming and crushing, pre-fermentative skin maceration at about 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 days with control of fermentation temperatures at around 15º C.

TYPE OF SOILS: Soils of clay-limestone nature

TASTING NOTES:

ASPECT: Clear and Brilliant.COLOR: Citrine.

AROMA: Aroma complex of good intensity, suggesting tropical fruits, citrus, toast and honey.

TASTE: Intense flavor, fruity, sweet and fresh, presents a pleasant and persistent finish.

GASTRONOMY: It accompanies well all kind of desserts, including goat's cheese. It should be served at 10º C.
