Fernão Pires, Talia and Boal from Alicante

Winemaking:
Destemming and crushing, pre-fermentative skin maceration at about 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 days with control of fermentation temperatures at around 15º C.

ASPECT: Clear Bright
COLOR: Citrus / Straw Open
AROMA: Fruity with good intensities suggesting meloa and citrus fruits.
FLAVOR Fruity, soft and balanced

RELATIONSHIP WITH GASTRONOMY:
As an appetizer, grilled fish and seafood. It should be served at a temperature of approx. 10-12.
