It is made from an ancestral vinification passed down from generation to generation, with a great dose of empiricism and with centuries of history of trial and error where all the risks are taken, leaving all the responsibility in the hands of nature. 
This seductive, striking and undoubtedly unique wine is then born.
We wonder if the great wines are made by man with the help of nature or by nature with the help of man.... I believe the latter.
