Invisible is a white wine of red grapes obtained from the tear of grapes from the Aragonez caste.

winemaking:
A selection of the best lots of Aragonez, and the result of a night vintage (harvest moon), was born this wine - Invisible. The wort is transported in refrigerated truck until the cellar. There is driven by gravity for the cold chamber, where it remains to decant for 24 hours low temperatures. After this process, the wort is inoculated with yeast selected and the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12 C, for 15 days.

Proof: Using the aromatic potential of Aragonez, was drawn this wine,
full tea flavors (Earl Grey), mint, Casa de Lima and Save. On the palate it appears fresh, with good acidity and a very elegant final structure.

Serving Suggestions:
Between 8 to 10 ° C, with sushi, smoked fish and seafood.
