The Chardonnay caste was partially fermented and aged for 5 months in new French oak barrels.

Test results
Of pale yellow color, this crop presents itself very delicate, elegant, mineral and floral. In the mouth these impressions are supplemented with notes of yellow fruit such as peach and pineapple, combined with subtle sensations of roasted wood, presenting a firm, very fresh, mineral, long and complex finish.

Gastronomy
Soups and fish dishes, as well as more spicy dishes, given their body and aromatic complexity. We also recommend with Azeitão cheese, in an opposition of flavors.
