History
Casa das Gaeiras, located in Óbidos and founded in the 18th century. XVIII, has been an icon since the early days in the quality wines of the region of Lisbon.

From the history, there are recognizable prizes of the pioneer quality of the wines of this house, already since the end of the century. XIX, and it is certain that Casa das Gaeiras was the first producer to bottle quality wines in the region.

Vera Moreira

Winemaking
Dehydrated grapes and subjected to cold maceration for 24 hours. Clarified must, fermented with controlled temperatures in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes
Citrine colored wine, with well defined aromas marked by notes of stone fruit and some complexity. The mouth is unctuous and structured, with lively and pronounced acidity. The ending is persistent and striking.

Gastronomic Suggestions
It accompanies very well with dry cheeses, strong cheeses and pasty. Optimal complement with fish in the oven, and all the dishes of cod and white meats.
