Very mineral and citric, grapefruit, light smoked, vibrant acidity with structure to anticipate a good aging in bottle. The soul of this wine is in the unique combination of grapes from the Syrian and Cal Source grapes, from vines planted exclusively on granitic soils with quartz silts, in the catchment area of the Douro River at an average altitude of 725 meters.
Excellent with seafood, fatty fish, healed cheeses.
