The low productivity of granitic soils, especially in organic production, has given rise to this wine with an intense aroma, fresh and very elegant, with citric notes in harmony with very discreet floral notes. In the mouth ? very fresh with volume provided by contact and lifting of the fine lees until bottling.
I suggest you drink it as an appetizer, or accompany grilled fish, salads with fresh cheese.
