THE WINE
Vinha Grande Rosé is characterized by the combination of a good aromatic intensity and a remarkable acidity
which gives it an extraordinary elegance. It reveals at its best the full potential of the Douro region in the
production of Rosé wines of high quality.

TASTING NOTES
Bright color with very pale pink nuances. Aroma of good intensity, with floral notes to the stela,
resinous, of red fruits and light sweet. In the mouth it has a vibrant and well integrated acidity,
good volume, with floral notes and red fruits, finished with great elegance.

GRAPES: 100% Touriga Nacional

VINIFICATION
The grapes are selected in the vineyard and transported, in boxes, directly to the press where it is made
a very smooth extraction, only the best quality wort being selected. After a
decantation at low temperature and obtained the necessary limpidity, there is a long fermentation
alcoholic fermentation induced by selected yeasts with controlled temperature between 12ºc and 14ºc. After
a short stage the wine was stabilized and bottled early preserving thus all the aromas
varietal and fermentative.

MATURATION
During the period of alcoholic fermentation and the execution of the final batch, existing batches
are subjected to numerous tests and analyzes in order to ascertain their quality. Was transported
to the facilities of the avintes where it was submitted to the final clarification and stabilization treatment
before bottling.

SAVE
The full quality of this wine can be appreciated after bottling, keeping
conditions for 2 years provided it is stored horizontally at temperatures of 10 ° C to 15 ° C.

SERVE
Serve fresh, between 8ºC and 10ºC.

ENJOY:
Ideal to accompany fish dishes and salads.
