THE WINE
Mateus Rosé is a light, fresh, young and slightly "pétillant" wine. Its extreme quality
versatility and consistent style make it the ideal wine to accompany the good times of life.

TEST RESULTS
Mateus Rosé is a rosé wine of very appealing and bright color. Overall, it is a fresh and
seductive with good aromatic intensity and all the joviality of young wines. In the mouth, it is a wine
very balanced and tempting, brilliantly complemented by a soft and slightly
Petillant.

Baga, Rufete, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca

VINIFICATION
Winemaking follows the traditional method of white wines and fermentation takes place slowly, without
films of the grapes, in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. The bonding follows
a stabilization by the cold, after which the wines are filtered and bottled. The whole process is
extremely careful to consistently ensure the maintenance of style, color and freshness
unique of Matthew.

SAVE
The bottle should be kept in a cool, dry place away from light.

SERVE
It is recommended that it be served fresh, in flute or in a tulip type glass.
Ideal temperature is between 6ºC-8ºC.

ENJOY
Mateus Rosé is ideal for an aperitif, to accompany a refreshing moment of the
day. Mateus Rosé also follows very well light meals, several fish and
seafood, white meats, grilled and salted. Its unique features
make it also ideal for serving with pasta and various Italian dishes, and
accompanies magnificently various Asian, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and
Thai.
