Total destemming of the grapes followed by gentle crushing. Brief pre-fermentative maceration
followed by fermentation in tanning for 6-8 days at a controlled temperature at 28 ° C with
relatively frequent overruns. After the alcoholic fermentation, the
wine from the pasta with which it fermented.

Total Acidity: 4.6 g Ac.Tart./l.
Visual Aspect:
Dense red wine.
Olfactory Aspect:
It has a very intense, fresh aroma with notes of red fruits such as plum and strawberry, and freshness of eucalyptus, evolving to floral nuances of rose and orange blossom.
Aspect Gustativo:
In the mouth it is a wine that excels by the excellent balance between its full-bodied structure, elegance and the velvety of tannins, with a long and persistent finish.
Consumption
Suggested temperature for tasting: 16 to 18 ° C.
Side dish:
Excellent accompaniment of meat dishes, game and cheese.
