Vinification: Manual harvest and transport in 25kg small boxes. Fermentation with tradicional foot treading in open “lagar”.
Soil: Sand and sandy stone pozolitic 
Weather: Continental Mediterranic weather 
Colour: Ruby
Aroma: Aromas of strawberry jam, raspberries, blackberries and mint
Ageing: 70% of the wine aged for 7 months in oak barrels
Taste: Smooth and elegant in the mouth
Final Notes: Long finish
Gastronomy: This wine can be served as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to cod fish, white meats and grilled red meats dishes. Pairs also well with cured cheeses
