Aroma: A very complex aroma of ripe fruits, tabacco and spicies
Ageing: Aged 12 months in French and American oak barrels
Taste: Full and long palate with soft tanins balanced with a nice acidity
Gastronomy: Pairs well with smoked and cured meats, red meats, soft and cured cheeses
