Produced and bottled by José Maria da Fonseca & Van Zeller from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca planted a small vineyard of 3.5 hectares located in the valley of the Rio Torto (Up Corgo), Domini Plus optimizes the excellence of caste and Douro wines. The harvest took place in mid-September, under optimum conditions. The grapes were fermented in the mill, completely stripped, and trodden by foot throughout the fermentation that lasted about seven days. It is a wine with aromas of ripe wild fruit and floral, resin, smoked a joint intense, direct and generous. In the mouth it is a classic red wine, tannins firm but polite, fruit and spice are well marked. Persistent, with plenty of character.
