Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tinta Roriz, Alicante Bouschet, Merlot Castelão

VINIFICATION:
Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures about 26º C.

INTERNSHIP:
12 months in French oak barrels extra-fine, later stage in bottle for 24 months.

ASPECT: Clear
COLOR: Intense Pomegranate
AROMA: Aroma intense and with good complexity, remembering wild fruits, compote and chocolate.
TASTE: Intense, fruity and fresh. Well structured and with round and sweet tannins.
Harmonious and persistent ending.

RELATIONSHIP WITH GASTRONOMY:
Great to accompany dishes with intense flavor, especially meats. It should be kept at a temperature of 15º C.
