Genuine, typical and authentic, the wines of the Adega Cooperativa do Cartaxo serve exceptionally the two designs that

Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Tinta Roriz,
Syrah and Trincadeira.

Vinification: Total destemming, crushing, maceration
prolonged for 5 days with temperature control
fermentation at about 26 ° C.

Stage: 8 months in French oak barrels.

Relation to Gastronomy: Excellent to accompany
