GRAPES: Alicante Bouschet, Merlot and Caladoc.

VINIFICATION: Total de-stemming, crushing, maceration for 5 days with fermentation temperature control at about 26ºC.

TYPE OF SOIL: Soil clay-limestone nature.

ALC title. Volume: 14.50%

TASTING NOTES:
Aspect: Clear.
COLOUR: Intense Granada.
AROMA: Intense, with notes of red fruits.
TASTE: Intense red fruit, soft and persistent finish.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CUISINE: Great to accompany strong, well-seasoned dishes. It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
