Aroma: Intense aromas of blackberry and blueberry with discreet floral notes but well integrated
Aging: 8 months internship in new and used French oak

Mouth: In the mouth presents good structure, balance, body and freshness

Dishes: Combines well with cod in the oven and roasted meats

Vinification: Destemming and crushing; 12 hours of pre-fermentative maceration at 34ºC to take advantage of natural endogenous enzymes; inoculation with selected yeasts; fermentation for a period of at least 10 days at 22º-24ºC

Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz (Aragonez).
