WINE
Mélange à 3 transmits the modernity of Carvalhais, a mixture of ideas, talent and daring, to which we added three grape varieties - Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro - to obtain a modern, irreverent and fun wine.

TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby colour with violet hue. Aroma with the presence of ripe red fruits, typical floral notes of Touriga Nacional. Balsamic character with fresh menthol notes. Mouth with excellent volume and integrated structure, very balanced acidity in a harmonious and long finish.

CASTAS: 70% Touriga Nacional, 15% Tinta Roriz, 15% Alfrocheiro

SAVE
Good ageing potential, which, if maintained in the best conditions, may present a positive evolution in the next 10 years.

SERVE
Serve at a temperature between 15ºC-17ºC, should be decanted after 4/5 years of age.

DEWATERING
For its balance it is an excellent wine to be drunk by itself. It has great characteristics to accompany a cheese with some ripening. Very good connection with grilled meats.
