Partial degassing, fermentation in small treading presses
mechanical. End of alcoholic fermentation and second fermentation in used barrels, followed by ageing in second year barrels, up to 20 months.

Light taste, very elegant, demonstrates a seductive and fresh Berry, but without an exaggerated body.
Its structure is more impressive until the middle of the palate, but the sunny behavior makes it a pleasure to drink
