Grapes of the grape varieties: Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo) and Jaen
Shale soils of altitude.

Aroma fruity with discrete mineral very elegant, in balance with notes of barrel. Wild fruits, spices, discreet notes of vanilla and toast. Fruity and persistent, with fresh and elegant finish.
Try it with meat roasts, Iberian ham and cured cheeses.
