Fruity aroma with discreet very elegant mineral, with wild fruits and spices, fresh, with fruit and persistence marking the finish. The soul of this wine lies in the unique combination of Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional grapes from old vines planted in granite and schist soils with quartz veins, in the hydrographic basin of the Douro River at an average altitude of 700 meters. Try it with lamb dishes, snacks, cheeses, pastas and Mediterranean cuisine in general.

Young / 12 months aging in stainless steel / Grapes of Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo) and Touriga Nacional / Granite and schist soils with quartz veins. GRAPE VARIETIES Tinta Roriz / Tempranillo (75%), Touriga Nacional (25%). ORIGIN Grapes originating from vineyards planted on the Beira Interior plateau, at an average altitude of 700 meters, mostly in granite and schist soils with quartz veins. Vineyards planted exclusively with indigenous grape varieties, perfectly adapted to the rustic climate caused by altitude. VINIFICATION Grapes harvested by hand, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22 - 26 ºC for 7 days with gentle maceration. INTERNSHIP Aging for 1 year in stainless steel vats until bottling.
