TASTING NOTES
The wine has a loaded color, fine and complex aroma, dominated by notes of fruits
ripe reds and wild plants. In the mouth it shows great concentration, good
acidity, harmonious and with balanced tannins.

TECHNOLOGY
Vinified by the traditional method of complete tanning, from previously degummed and crushed grapes, with
fermentation temperature control at 28-30 ° C and with prolonged maceration.
