This wine shows a pale crystalline color and mineral and citrus aromas fresh, with subtle notes of honey. On the palate is a wine with an amazing volume, where the fruit appears very well integrated and highlighted by the freshness. Very round and balanced, it maintains until the end the citrus aromas that extend.

The table
It accompanies very well fish dishes, dishes with expressive acidity like ceviche, or even a light meat.
