The name of this Quinta is due to a Pombaline landmark here.
It was one of the first Quintas do Douro Superior to be demarcated by the Marquis of Pombal.
Grapes from vines grown in organic production mode, on granite soils, at an average altitude of 575m.
It aged for 15 months in 300L French oak barrels.

Varieties: Toutiga Nacional (35%), Jaen / Mencia (35%), Sousão (30%)
