Young / 3 months in stainless steel / Biological grapes of the vine varieties: Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz / Soil granitic at altitude.
The taste for fresh and mineral wines led me to select grapes from the Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz grape varieties in low yielding granitic soils and vinify them with a minimum of maceration so that the grape varieties could express their character, resulted in a very fresh aroma wine, mineral notes and wild fruits, long and elegant finish with tannins present.
I suggest you accompany it with a good Iberian ham, healed cheeses and a succulent steak.
