Grape Variety: Tannat

Winemaking:
After several experiments in the vineyard and in the cellar, the oenologists produced this liqueur wine. The grapes harvested manually, fermented in a mill with native yeasts until the addition of the brandy. After pressing in a hydraulic press, the wine remained in a stainless steel tank until bottling.

Test results:
Made from the Fernão Pires variety, the stalks have an intense floral aroma, and the mouth is elegant and persistent. Serve at 15ºC with cured cheeses, nuts or desserts.
