Grape Variety: Fernão Pires

Winemaking:
After several experiments in the vineyard and in the cellar, the oenologists produced this liqueur wine. After pressing, the must decanted 48 hours before being cleaned and adding brandy (77.6%). The muffled staged seven years in used barrels of French oak.

Test results:
Made from the Fernão Pires grape variety, this wine has an intense floral aroma, and in the mouth it is elegant and persistent. Serve at 15ºC with cured cheeses, nuts or desserts.
