CULTIVATION AND VINIFICATION AREA
Grapes were used from several vineyards of the Estreito area of ??Câmara de Lobos and São Vicente. Grapes pressed in pneumatic press. Interruption of fermentation by the addition of wine alcohol (96%).

LOTING
This wine acquires its unique characteristics through the process of stuffing with a subsequent stage of 3 years in oak barrels before being made the lot and bottled.

WINE SERVICE AND GUARD
For full enjoyment, we recommend that you serve it at a temperature between 13oC to 14oC, or if you prefer, with ice. It should be kept in a dry and ventilated place. This wine has been filtered, requires no decanting and remains in good condition for several months after its opening.

TASTING NOTES AND HARMONIES
Hazel color.
Compote of apricots, nuts, figs, honey and caramel. Stylish and complex. Balanced final between the sweetness and the freshness left by the acidity.
Excellent as digestive, cheeses, ham and dessert.
